My Approach to Helping
My name is Christine Janik. I have extensive experience with mental health and substance abuse issues. I don’t judge, and I start where the client is.
The most common approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I am trained in multiple theoretical approaches.
My main focus is the client who suffers from anxiety, depression, andor substance abuse. I enjoy working with all mental health issues.
The best way to describe my style is easygoing, laid back, and with a great sense of humor. It is your hour to let it fly.
I chose this career after a close family member introduced to me what he was doing as a therapist.
We work together to find the best goals that will be most likely successful.
