My Approach to Helping
I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience working with others on issues such as anxiety, depression, grieving, daily life issues, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), parenting, relationship issues, postpartum issues, divorce, self-esteem, and trauma. My goal in therapy is to help you identify your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, triggers, and past traumas. I understand that life may be stressful and overwhelming, but there is nothing wrong with getting help. I can help you learn to enjoy your life more rather than being stuck in the hard times. I can help you find different strategies to worry less and do more. My telehealth sessions are available to connect you to those strategies when you need them the most. I am passionate about empowering and aiding you to be your own advocate to improve your overall wellness. I’m here to listen and offer support through your journey.
