My Approach to Helping
I support individuals who are feeling stuck in life, whether it be having a creative block, relationship issues, childhood wounds, inner critics, addictions, perfectionism, depression, anxiety, anger, loneliness, or grief. I offer relational counseling as well, to romantic couples, friends, colleagues, any two people experiencing conflict in their relationship. I also support families who are navigating challenging issues from conflicting parenting styles, difficulty with a child's behavior or emotional expression, how to have a healthy relationship with screen time and technology, relational conflict between parents, and more.
I am here to listen deeply to you, with empathy and curiosity. I am trained in Process Work, an awareness practice that supports the search for meaning and growth in conflict and other disturbing challenges in life. I also bring my decades of experience working with families as a Waldorf teacher and nature connection mentor.
It's easy to feel like everyone else has it figured out, but I can assure you that you are not alone in whatever challenges you are facing. It is healthy to ask for help, and can feel vulnerable - it shows great courage that you are seeking support. If you'd like to explore with me, you can book a free consultation, and we can find out if we are a good fit.
