More Info About My Practice

How does a holistic, mindful and integrative approach support your health and wellbeing?

A holistic, mindful, and integrative approach genuinely respects and honors the entirety of you as a whole, multifaceted person. Assessment screenings, treatment plans, and conversations encompass various interconnected aspects of you. Such as your mind, emotions, perceptions, beliefs, culture, and spiritual experiences, as well as your physical symptoms and conditions. I use clinically sound, evidence-based practices infused with depth, transparency, and genuine emotional attunement to meet you precisely where you are at in your journey. My aim is to cultivate understanding and meaningful change in every aspect of your life, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your well-being. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet your unique individual needs, challenges and specific circumstances, embracing the complexity of your experience. I firmly believe that when all aspects of your self are addressed in a comprehensive manner, self awareness and transformational change can occur. Helping you lead a more fulfilling life that resonates deeply with who you are.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

How holistic counseling can help you.

Holistic counseling goes beyond symptom relief to address your overall health; psychological, biological, environmental, spiritual, and cultural. Unlike conventional psychological approaches that often focus primarily on mental and emotional aspects, holistic counseling addresses the full spectrum of human experience. Viewing holistic psychological health as deeply interconnected with physical well-being, social relationships, and spiritual fulfillment. It draws from a variety of psychological and philosophical traditions, emphasizing that no single approach can fully encapsulate human complexity.
