My Approach to Helping
In my approach as a depth-oriented psychotherapist with 14 years of experience, I offer a unique blend of therapeutic modalities tailored to facilitate profound inner exploration and healing. My work is grounded in the belief that personal transformation emerges from a deep engagement with the unconscious, the body, and relational dynamics. I utilize dreamwork to unlock the symbolic language of the unconscious, allowing clients to access hidden aspects of themselves. Mindfulness-based somatic work is incorporated to help clients become more attuned to the wisdom of their bodies, fostering a sense of presence and embodiment. Additionally, relational psychotherapy forms the foundation of our work together, creating a space where authentic connection and healing within relationships can flourish. I spent many years working for MAPS on the MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy for PTSD clinical trials, so I am well versed in helping people utilize and integrate ceremony and psychedelic experiences.
I work with individuals who are drawn to depth work and are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their lives. Many of my clients are mid to older life adults of all genders, who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or spiritual questions. They are individuals who recognize that the journey to wholeness involves not just addressing surface-level symptoms but engaging with the deeper currents of their psyche. Whether through individual sessions or group psychotherapy, I provide a supportive environment where clients can explore their inner landscapes, work through unresolved issues, and cultivate a greater sense of meaning and fulfillment in their lives.
