My Approach to Helping
I became a therapist because I care for mental health and believe in the power of listening during someone's vulnerable moments, free from judgment. Therapy is a safe, sacred space for clients to explore thoughts and emotions. The most powerful change comes from within, and I focus on building upon each client’s strengths. Life's challenges can make us feel overwhelmed, but I believe everyone has the strength and resilience to overcome them. My role is to help clients recognize their inner power and provide tools to improve mental health.
