My Approach to Helping

Hello and Thank you for viewing my profile. Simply put, I specialize in working with couples. My practice, Loving Relationships Center, is designed for couples and individuals in relationship distress. Are you tired of arguing and bickering with your partner? Are you struggling with passion and intimacy in your relationship? Have you endured days or weeks of silence between you and your partner? Have you experienced the devastating blow of infidelity? Are you ready to make some serious changes to your marriage or relationship? Call me today and start making changes right now. Restore your love, communication, and tenderness for one another.

I've been a therapist for over twenty-five years and have helped hundreds of couples. I offer flexible scheduling for your convenience. Clients have told me what sets me apart as a therapist is my high success rate with couples and my deep compassion and passion for helping people make lasting changes in their lives. Put your marriage in the hands of an experienced clinician with decades of experience and up-to-date couples training and therapy based on current research.

I have expertise with individual therapy as well. Common issues I treat in my practice include stress management, poor self-esteem and confidence issues, chronic worry and sadness, temper and rage reduction, and over-coming painful past events. Other areas include workplace stress, dealing with difficult people, post-divorce concerns, parental alienation, and estrangement from family members.

I will provide you with a safe, open, and calming atmosphere to discuss the issues that trouble you or your relationship. My style is relaxed, straightforward, honest, and down to earth, and always with compassion and empathy. It's my job to make you feel comfortable and safe so that we can resolve the issues that brought you to therapy. Instead of sitting back quietly, I engage with you to help create movement and change towards the positive outcome you want. You'll find my style professional yet infused with a light dose of humor.

I have a website that extensively describes my approach to helping people. You may also visit my Facebook page at Loving Relationships Center.

Call me for your free telephone consultation. Let me guide you through your journey. I'm committed to helping you through every step of the way to achieve your goals... Let's begin your personal path to healing...

Sincerely,

Cindy Ridgway LMHP

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I consider this profession my calling. Watching others transform their personal struggles into opportunities for growth is truly a privilege for me. I believe the stories my clients tell me are an honor and take them very seriously. I learn something new from every client who walks into my office and carry those stories with me throughout my life.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

Second only to choosing a licensed professional, the most important factor is choosing someone you can connect with. A strong positive connection with your therapist significantly increases the likelihood of that therapy having a positive outcome.
