My Approach to Helping
Are you constantly overthinking or feeling anxious and depressed? Feeling this way can make you feel constantly overwhelmed, reducing the quality of your life. Feeling at peace and content in our lives is every human's right. I’m a strong believer in the potential for personal growth and healing. By fostering self-awareness, and self-compassion, and implementing positive life changes, we can live a more fulfilling life. I'm a natural listener with a caring heart who is passionate about helping others. My specialization lies in anxiety disorders such as obsessive compulsion (OCD), generalized anxiety (GAD), posttraumatic stress (PTSD), and mood issues that impact the way we think about life. I apply techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and client-centered approaches which have been shown to produce swift and lasting results. My objective is to empower my clients to become their own guides, equipped with the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges. For every individual I work with, my goal is to alleviate symptoms and enhance their overall quality of life. My hope is to help my clients make lasting transformations within themselves. After each session, I want my clients to feel understood and leave with increased hope and a sense of inner peace. I offer therapy via video on a secure platform, which studies have shown to be as effective as in-person therapy, just more convenient.
