My Approach to Helping
I help families, couples, and individuals understand the deeper meaning of what might be holding them back and how they can break free and reach their full potential. Having experienced and overcome family, relationship, and personal challenges in my own life, I use empathy and compassion to guide my practice.
I offer guidance and unconditional positive regard to help people understand themselves using Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Humanistic, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Working together collaboratively but acknowledging that people are the experts of their own life, we will work together to end suffering while building self-growth.
The last few years have caused us suffering and loss on a scale we have never experienced before. I am offering help to process these losses and create the tools needed to thrive and live life to its fullest once again.
