Hi, I’m Colin Bergeson, LCSW, and I’m the owner and therapist here at Navigating Wellness Therapy PLLC.

I’ve worked with adults and adolescents who feel lost or can’t find happiness. Taking the first step toward therapy can be intimidating, but it’s a powerful move toward balance. Using approaches like CBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and family systems, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you navigate life’s ups and downs.
