My Approach to Helping

I know firsthand the fear that comes with looking inward and deciding you deserve change. Choosing a healing path is a courageous step, especially when we become comfortable with the status quo or accept less from others and ourselves. By reaching out, you’ve already demonstrated hope and resilience, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on this journey. Together, we’ll work to harness your inner strength, release the weight of past pain, and navigate a thriving future. My role is to support and empower you as you build a life that aligns with who you are and what you need. In our sessions, you can expect compassion, genuine encouragement, and a safe space to explore and grow

More Info About My Practice

As both a person and a therapist, I recognize the importance of social justice and strive to contribute to equal opportunities in my community. I acknowledge my privilege as a white, able-bodied, cisgender female, which calls me to listen actively to those whose voices have been historically marginalized. This privilege inspires me to be an advocate—listening to my clients, friends, and colleagues, and seeking ways to take meaningful action. One of my most rewarding efforts has been working with a local nonprofit that supports women re-entering society from incarceration, helping them access housing, employment, and financial stability. Witnessing the systemic gaps these women face has taught me invaluable lessons in intersectional feminism and the profound impact small acts of support can have in creating lasting change.
