My Approach to Helping
As a registered psychotherapist, I specialize in supporting individuals who are struggling with chronic pain, scoliosis, and other challenges such as anxiety and depression. Through tailored therapeutic approaches, I help clients regain control over their mental well-being, improving their quality of life. You are not alone in facing these challenges and I am here to help. I also work with individuals facing ADHD, OCD, and performance-related pressures, including athletes looking to enhance their mental resilience. My goal is to empower and guide you towards greater self-awareness, healthier coping mechanisms, and improved performance in all areas of life.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning I will use different interventions depending on what it going on and going to suit you best. I most often use Cognitive Behavioural therapy techniques, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, as well as Exposure therapy techniques.
