My Approach to Helping
I am passionate about understanding my clients’ worldviews to help them make sense of themselves and change what is not working for them. Anxiety and other mental health ailments can make life unmanageable at times. I want to help you learn how to manage it so you can be your most authentic badass self!
With the use of CBT, DBT, perspective taking, and the therapeutic relationship I help my clients learn skills to manage and reduce symptoms they are struggling with. I focus on balancing the dialectic between acceptance and change (what you’re doing makes sense and it’s not working for you so let’s work on changing it).
