I'm a licensed psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families to help them overcome life's challenges and achieve their goals. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I use various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), to help clients find their way to improved mental health and well-being.
