Welcome, friend. Take a breath… you’ve found a space of harmony for your whole self! I’m Crystal, a licensed marriage and therapy therapist. I use a holistic therapeutic approach to help you navigate the complexity within, rediscover your inner power, and begin taking steps toward a life of less stress and more fulfillment.
In each session, we’ll combine evidence-based techniques and time-tested spiritual wisdom to treat the whole you – mind and spirit, while also considering your unique past and present situation. You can bring your own intention to your sessions, or allow me to guide you with wellness techniques you can use every day.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love layering ancient wellness practices over the science-based framework of therapy. It turns out both these things go hand-in-hand, and when you combine the two, seemingly magical shifts can happen! When my clients start to re-discover themselves and everything they already contain within, it truly lights me up.
My Role as a Therapist
As I see it, my role isn?t just to share science-backed therapy tools or give you a safe space to speak freely and be heard (though that is a huge part of it)! I?m here to treat both sides of your true nature ? intellectual and spiritual ? to guide you toward a life of more resilience, ease, joy, and flow. The power and intuition that you think you lack is already within you, and I?m here to help you access it.

Rather than narrowing, I choose to broaden my focus ? this is the only way holistic healing can happen! We?ll use an ?8 sides of the self? model to explore and heal every part of you.

Always explain ?why:? I never recommend a cognitive technique or lifestyle change without explaining the neuroscience or spiritual philosophy behind it ? usually, there?s a bit of both!
