My Approach to Helping

With over a decade of experience in mental health, I offer counseling in a relaxed, client-centered environment. Your comfort is my priority, and you set the pace. Balancing who we are, who we want to be, and who others expect us to be can be challenging. Let's work together to find your balance. I'm excited to help you discover empowerment, identity, and confidence. As a neurodivergent therapist, I’m passionate about working with autistic and ADHD clients. Whether you have a diagnosis, are just exploring, or need ongoing support, I’m here to assist with neurodivergent discovery.

Groups I Work With

I work with people from all walks of life, offering compassionate, tailored support to help clients thrive. My specialty is working with adolescents, teens, and adults navigating neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and sensory processing challenges. I also provide care for those exploring whether their anxiety or depression may be tied to neurodivergence and help them build tools that fit their unique experiences.

In addition to mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and trauma, I focus on relationship dynamics—romantic, familial, and beyond. I work with clients addressing attachment issues, codependency, and the unique challenges of neurodivergent relationships. Whether you’re monogamous, polyamorous, or somewhere in between, I welcome you into a judgment-free space.

I also specialize in trauma therapy, including PTSD, childhood trauma, adult relational trauma, vocational trauma, and family-of-origin concerns.
