Life can come at you hard and I understand what it feels like to have so many different thoughts, feelings, and emotions running through your body and not knowing what to do with them. How do you manage? You try and talk it out with others, but they don’t seem to listen or understand. Or maybe you just don’t have anyone to talk to, so you keep it to yourself. You try and make sense of it all, but you keep running into walls. So how do you manage?

Here's a little about me. Professionally, I have a combination of over 10 years of experience working in the fields of mental health and social services. My experience spans from working with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, anger, bipolar, substance use, grief & loss, incarceration, trauma, abuse, teen issues, self-esteem, and relational issues (family/couples). My strong passion for helping others comes from an instinctive nature. It is what motivates me and continues to be the driving force in my career. I work with my clients collaboratively and place great emphasis on the genuine therapeutic relationship we create together.
