My Approach to Helping
I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in the state of Arizona. I have over 25 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, obsessive compulsion (OCD), and attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD). I have also helped many people who have experienced emotional abuse as well as physical and sexual trauma. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating every individual with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I work with an assortment of treatment modalities and will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
