I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor working with adults experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Life changes, Self Esteem and Self Confidence challenges, Family issues related to Substance use, Relationship or Dating issues, those Recovering from a toxic or abusive relationship, Adult children of alcoholics and Adult children of narcissistic parents.
I have over 15 years of clinical experience. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, helping clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, so they can begin to make targeted change.
