My Approach to Helping
An experienced licensed clinical social worker with a demonstrated history of working in the individual and family services industry. Strong community and social services professional skilled as a registered play therapist in populations of adolescents and children, families, marriages, and adult individuals. Current modalities used are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) Equine Therapy. I enjoy the outdoors and nature. I love camping, animals, knitting, traveling, and coffee shops.
