My Approach to Helping
Life demands tremendous effort and intention to navigate; but good mental health does not have to be a mystery. You may experience depression, anxiety, worry, struggles with relationships, substance use, and feel burdened by life. However, your life can be changed in a profound way to help you achieve balance. Perhaps you don't know what direction your life is headed, or are stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns. Perhaps you already have relative balance but feel an urgent need to deepen your understanding of yourself?
My approach is rooted in Depth psychology approaches to mental health and wellness such as philosophy, Logo therapy, Existential, Spiritual, Jungian, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, and Multicultural psychology as well as others; and offers tools to address the sovereign human being you are.
I will help you reconnect with yourself so that you may act in harmony with your own best interest.
