People often ask me, "how does therapy work?" Well, much of our daily life is rushed and focused on the needs of others. Therapy is a space that gives you the opportunity to focus on yourself. It's a time where you can slow down, process, and make sense of the parts of your life that feel messy or cause stress.
I'm passionate about helping individuals understand the relationships, experiences, and sometimes unconscious patterns that have shaped their lives. By sharing my understanding of your concerns with the respect and thoughtfulness that it deserves, I hope to not only help you find insight and relief from these stressors, but help form new understandings of your past and present so you can feel good about the next chapter of your life.
