My Approach to Helping
I specialize in helping busy adults better manage symptoms of stress and anxiety and become more present, engaged, and purposeful in their daily lives. My approach is tailored to each unique individual and based on their specific contexts, goals, preferences, and needs. I utilize evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions to help each client move toward their goals.
In my sessions, I meet each client with gentle curiosity as we together begin to understand how their anxiety, stress, or other challenges function within the larger context of their life and values. From there, we work together to develop practical strategies to create positive changes that are in alignment with their goals and fit within their busy lives.
