My Approach to Helping

I became a therapist to bring my passion for helping others into a space where you can feel truly comfortable, supported, and understood. My goal is not just to create that feeling within our sessions, but to help you carry it into your life and relationships. When we work together, you’ll find me walking alongside you, offering guidance and support as we explore what empowers you and helps you feel more confident in who you are. I’m here to encourage you, celebrate your progress, and help you build a stronger, more authentic connection with yourself and the world around you.

More Info About My Practice

As a social worker, I’m guided by a core set of values, with one of the most important being “respecting the dignity and worth of each person.” This value drives my work as a therapist, and I strive to create a space where each client feels welcomed, nurtured, and valued. My goal is for you to feel dignified and worthy of the support you receive, entering the therapeutic environment with confidence. Another value close to my heart is “the importance of human relationships.” I believe in building lasting connections with my clients, walking with you through life’s ups and downs, whether through reflection, creativity, tenderness, humor, or joy. Together, we’ll continue to add tools to your toolbox for both now and in the future.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I’m deeply passionate about supporting clients in their exploration of sexual orientation and identity. I’m committed to creating an affirming space where you feel empowered to be your authentic self.
