She focuses on personal and spiritual growth to overcome the fears, regrets, and excuses that keep us stuck, depressed, anxious, and unable to ACT. Many of us have made choices based on fear instead of purpose and hope. As a result, we live lives that we never intended for ourselves. Our relationships, our families, our careers, our lifestyles are very unsatisfying, at best, and damaging and crippling at worst.
