My Approach to Helping
I have a resolute belief that each person has the ability to become the person they want to be. There are many experiences in a persons life that cloud their vision. I feel that the actions needed to achieve the self-actualized self can be discovered by processing life experiences in a way that changes how they are incorporated in daily life. Often, people are trying to be what they think others want them to be rather than focusing on their own vision. I seek to work through these issues whether they be traumatic or non-traumatic experiences with a client centered approach. You are the only expert about your life. I feel my role in their exploration is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space along with exercises fit to your needs. I draw my interventions from humanistic approaches and EMDR. I strive to make sure that you find the inner peace and life satisfaction as fast as posible
