My Approach to Helping
I am a courageously curious, deeply relational, and gently direct psychotherapist. I support individuals, couples, and families in more fully connecting with self and others. My style draws primarily from Gestalt: an experiential, relational, here-and-now-oriented, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach. I utilize mindfulness, somatic body process, role-reversal, enactment, dreams, parts work, and other creative experiments. I also integrate Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Psychedelic and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and other frameworks as needed.
I collaborate with clients to co-create a safe and comfortable environment where growth and healing unfold. I trust that all people possess an inner healing wisdom, and that as people return to wholeness, they naturally discover new and meaningful choices.
I have supported clients to work through and improve depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, shame, anger, relationships, boundaries, self-esteem, communication, attachment wounds, family-of-origin issues, grief and loss, transitional challenges, and other concerns. For more information, please call or send an email. I would be honored to serve you.
