I offer a nonjudgmental space where people can freely express themselves and begin the journey of self-discovery. My clinical experience has focused on working with those who have experienced trauma, drawing on modern evidence-based interventions and holistic psychotherapy practices to assist individuals in reducing symptoms, becoming more present in life, and improving relationships.
