Conscious Counseling & Coaching is a small, solo practice that synthesizes my previous corporate business experience with years as a non-profit trauma counselor, a solution-focused brief therapy Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselor and a clinical therapist in a group practice.
Committed to overall health and well-being, I offer daytime, evening and Saturday sessions. I respond personally to each email and phone call and invite you to a free initial phone consultation to discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have about my approach or the process.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I've always loved puzzles and appreciate looking at the big picture while compassionately puzzling out more manageable pieces as solutions. I consider it a great honor to be invited into someone else's experience and am dedicated to their overall wellness. I believe mindfulness, humor and creativity are wonderful companions to create happier moments and a more supportive lifestyle.
