My Approach to Helping
I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I use a trauma-informed and client-centered lens, drawing from a variety of approaches, including coaching, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. These tools help clients connect mind and body, access their resilience, and move toward meaningful change. Whether I’m working with children, teens, or adults, I strive to create a space where clients feel grounded, understood, and encouraged to grow - at their own pace and in their way.
