How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

As humans we all have our own personal struggles. What is important is what we learn through those struggles and how we apply what we learn. I am no different than anyone else. I have had to learn to navigate the ups and downs of life. It is this life experience that enriches my approach with my clients and allows me to provide them with non-judgmental encouragement and empathy as they discover or rediscover their own personal strengths.
