My Approach to Helping
I understand how it feels to lose sight of who you are or feel like you’re always giving without receiving. You deserve to feel seen, understood, and genuinely valued. In therapy, I work with you to unravel the anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt that have kept you stuck, while helping you rediscover a sense of self-worth, connection, and intention. Together, we’ll create a roadmap to change that feels authentic and achievable. My approach to therapy is psychodynamic, meaning that we’ll look to address the causes of your pain– rather than to treat the pain itself – so that the benefits you experience will be long-lasting. When we work together, you can expect me to be an active partner in helping you toward your goals. I am committed to earning your trust by providing compassion and at the same time encouraging your growth toward a life that is more aligned with your true self.
