Matthew earned his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and is also a graduate of the University of Denver. He draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, tailoring his methods to the needs of each individual.

With over 15 years of experience, Matthew’s passion for facilitating positive change in others’ lives has remained at the heart of his work. His deep commitment to understanding human experiences has allowed him to witness the transformative impact of compassionate guidance. This journey has solidified his belief in the profound role therapy plays in personal growth and well-being.
