My Approach to Helping

I help people dealing with overcontrolled behaviors associated with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma or PTSD, grief or loss, or obsessions and compulsions.
Modalities I use include: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), radically open-dialectical behavioral therapy as well as dialectical behavioral therapy (RO-DBTDBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI).
