My Approach to Helping
At certain points in life, we all are faced with stress and anxiety. I often hear how turning to loved ones to talk about these issues can feel like we are being a burden. While that is not always the case, it can be a good reason to seek a counselor. Counseling can provide that space for individuals to find new ways to navigate difficult thoughts and feelings. By creating a non-judgmental space, we can work on overcoming worries and stress. Feeling overwhelmed at times is part of the human experience but does not have to be a permanent state to live in.
