My Approach to Helping
I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and my role as a therapist is to help facilitate that process. It can be difficult to begin to open up and work on pain that has harmed us for so long. My place is to walk along side you during your time of need and in your time of comfort. I create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their innermost thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
My Role as a Therapist
I follow a theoretical approach of collaborative and integrative therapy. This means I approach in a supportive, compassionate, and nurturing way to help my clients identify their strengths and self-love through active listening, deep empathy, and acceptance. I have more than five years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. I am open to seeing all types of clients including individuals, couples, children, and family needs.
