I have 17 years of experience and have a passion for providing individual therapy for teens and adults. My experience includes a wide range of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, women's issues, and life transitions. and many others. My therapeutic approach to counseling begins from a person-centered perspective and integrates a variety of counseling techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions focused, and mindfulness.
