I use an integrative approach drawing from motivational interviewing, strength-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, cognitive-processing therapy, person-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused, and supportive psychotherapy.

We will work collaboratively to create goals and plan next steps. During the initial session we will get to know each other, discuss expectations, and determine how to proceed.
