My Approach to Helping

At the heart of my work is building a strong connection with my clients. I believe that feeling seen and understood is essential for deep engagement in therapy. I create a space where you feel comfortable being upfront about who you are and what you want to achieve. This openness allows you to explore and share the parts of yourself that may be harder to express elsewhere. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to implement meaningful steps that lead to a life that feels authentic and fulfilling to you.

More Info About My Practice

As a woman of color, I am deeply passionate about dismantling racial oppression, both individually and systemically, and as a queer woman, I actively support LGBTQ+ movements. Being a first-generation American, I understand the unique pressure of balancing family expectations while navigating your own identity. These experiences inspire my commitment to decolonizing the therapeutic space, embracing the wisdom of different cultures, ethnicities, and spiritual practices. I welcome “nontraditional” approaches like music, food, dance, and spirituality, honoring the many paths to healing and well-being.
