My Approach to Helping
Do things seem a little off lately? Are your emotions running a little hot or a bit cold? Is it impacting your relationships? Difficult thoughts and feelings have a way of convincing us they are true and permanent which can result in us feeling stuck, disconnected from ourselves and the ones we love without a clear path forward. Sure, difficult emotions and thoughts come with the territory when you\'re a human being, but when they are ramped up too high or turned down too low it might be time to seek some help. It will take some time and some practice, but you can learn new skills that make really tough thoughts and emotions less powerful and less likely to be able to take over your life. You don\'t have to tackle this alone.
