When it comes to therapy, there are two key points to keep in mind:
Embracing Change: Therapy often involves change, and that can sometimes feel uncomfortable. It's important to remember that this discomfort is a normal and manageable part of the healing journey. We’ll work together to navigate these changes, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.
Finding Your Path: Most clients attend sessions weekly for about 3 to 6 months. However, the length of your treatment will depend on your unique circumstances. Some may find their journey is shorter, while others may need more time. Remember, you always have the right to decide when to discontinue treatment if you feel it’s the right choice for you.
