My Approach to Helping

I am here to help uncover, cultivate, and develop coping skills using evidence-based treatments that include but are not limited to; Cognitive Behavior Therapies, Gottman’s Method, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. I work with adults and couples. Also, I am knowledgeable in helping the Military, Athletes, and those in our workforce.

We all need a safe space that promotes growth and allows the opportunity to practice resiliency. I am down to earth, non-judgmental, and dedicated to providing others with the safe place needed to explore lived experiences. I hope you will allow me to be a part of your journey.
