My Approach to Helping

Working with me is a collaborative, compassionate journey. I offer a safe space where you can be your authentic self, explore your challenges, and discover your strengths. I became a therapist to help others navigate life’s struggles and find hope, just as I once did. Together, we’ll work toward your goals, using a tailored approach that empowers you to heal, grow, and thrive. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped with the tools to create a fulfilling and meaningful life.

More Info About My Practice

As a first-generation Albanian American, I deeply value tradition, family, and personal responsibility, which strongly influence my approach to life and work. My cultural background has instilled in me a profound respect for resilience, community, and the importance of staying connected to one’s roots. Serving as the Executive Director for a nonprofit organization dedicated to representing Albanian-Americans from Montenegro, I worked to amplify their voices, advocate for their rights, and promote cultural preservation. I’m passionate about helping clients find the balance between honoring their past and embracing their growth potential. My commitment to empowering individuals and communities aligns with my broader values of accountability, cultural pride, and advocating for those in need. These beliefs guide my work and help me connect with clients on a deeper level, especially those navigating identity, and cultural transitions, or seeking to build a meaningful path forward.
