My Approach to Helping
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT136904), Elisa earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Arizona. She brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy, influenced by her experience practicing in diverse clinical settings, including schools and residential treatment centers.
Elisa believes in the power of normalization and encouragement and strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can freely express themselves and regain a sense of hopefulness. By collaborating closely with clients, she aims to develop effective solutions that extend beyond the therapy office, fostering positive change and healing.
With a deep passion for motivating clients towards personal growth, Elisa is committed to making a meaningful impact in her patients’ lives.
