Ultimately, therapy can lead you to greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and, most importantly, a more fulfilling life. I am passionate about empowering individuals, especially women of all ages. My specialties include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. Through an integrated mind and body approach, we collaboratively find strategies that help meet your needs. My solution-focused style is customized to each client’s needs. Through collaborative efforts, we find personalized solutions. This style is successful with various individuals, from age 18 through to your senior years.
