I firmly believe that you know yourself better than anyone in this world. You live your life, feel your feelings, and encounter positive and negative consequences. Often, there is a dilemma within oneself when it comes to the idea of change. We tend to lean toward old familiar belief systems, even if those beliefs no longer offer us what we want in our lives. To change we need momentum, and sometimes we just need a little help to get us started. That is exactly what our work will touch on.
