My Approach to Helping
Therapy is a special place to explore who you truly are and what makes you happy. If you are not feeling fulfilled, it is time to do something about that! Life is short, and the capacity to look at how you deal with situations can require a special kind of honesty to make real change. I would like to help you achieve that goal. With over 20+ years as a therapist, I have helped clients work through a wide variety of issues - depression, anxiety, and marital and family problems. I would love to opportunity to work with you and help you make these important changes.
I specialize in CBT and mindfulness to address depression, anxiety, and stress and have written an 8-week program that can help you make major changes in your life and how you react to situations.
I have recently expanded my practice in the Morristown area, and I'm currently accepting new patients. I have been a psychotherapist for over 20+ years and have experience in a wide range of issues. Our work together will focus on your current life issues as we move towards a deeper understanding of what causes these reactions. As a result, you will be able to make different choices in your life.
