My Approach to Helping
I appreciate the strengths that each and every client bring with them to the therapeutic process. Therapy is unique to your needs and I hope to connect on what you need to feel more fulfilled in life. Of course the beginning can be scary, and I want to acknowledge that I am here to provide a safe space to unpack emotions, trauma, troubling thoughts, intrusive thoughts, or concerning interpersonal situations. Life can be tough, therapy should be a comforting place to land in the midst of the busy lives we all lead.
I find it best to discuss what you are looking for in a free 15-minute consultation and ensure we both feel it is a fit before moving forward. My working hours are Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm and I offer both in person and virtual therapy options. I look forward to connecting on what you need to feel like the best version of you.
