My Approach to Helping

I believe that therapy can be the key to unlocking your higher self, regardless of your current place in life. Human beings have incredible capabilities, but that can be difficult to discover on your own while facing life’s challenges. I can help you overcome people-pleasing, burnout, increase confidence, improve relationships, break out of patterns, develop self-compassion, and more.

I take a holistic approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, interpersonal, and Internal Family Systems to identify your patterns, discover all parts of yourself, develop self-compassion, self-regulate, and make lasting lifestyle changes. I also offer QEEGs, infrared red light therapy, and Neurofeedback to target symptoms by regulating your brain and nervous system.

I am here to help you identify and meet your unique needs and goals in life without judgment. I approach therapy with compassion and humor to support you in becoming the person that you want to be and living the kind of life that you want to live.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

As a therapist with ADHD, I uniquely understand the challenges of living in a neurotypical world. Particularly being diagnosed later in life, I can help clients process their experiences, come to a place of acceptance and learn how to work with ADHD instead of against it through understanding your brain. There are so many strategies to learn to accommodate to your unique set of symptoms and thrive in work, at school and in your relationships. Through our work together, we can find those strategies as well as build self-compassion and self-confidence.
