My Approach to Helping

In my practice, I extend a heartfelt invitation to individuals from diverse backgrounds with a special emphasis on men and athletes. Together, we delve into the complexities of the heart, acknowledging the impacts of oppression and intergenerational trauma. Through a foundation of trust and support, we journey toward healing and growth, embracing each moment with love and resilience as we release the burdens of the past and uncover the pathway to self-discovery and inner tranquility.

Together, we'll embark on a journey of exploration and growth, using playful collaboration to uncover the depths of your inner world and strengthen your resilience. Drawing from a blend of Somatic, Gestalt, Humanistic, Mindfulness, and EMDR techniques, I'll help you decode the language of your body, boosting your confidence and integrity along the way.

I believe that deep within each of us, there's a spark of greatness waiting to be kindled. Sometimes, the pressures from our families and society push us to play it safe, dimming our aspirations and settling for less. Let's walk this path together, digging deep to find the strength and insight needed to break free from these limitations. Along the way, we'll discover how to embrace fresh, authentic solutions that speak to who you truly are, opening up new avenues and guiding you towards your fullest potential.
